STEP 1 Remove the cap from the whitening gel syringe and fill the inner front surface of the mouth tray on both the top and bottom with 0.3 - 0.5 ML or less of gel. STEP 2 Insert the light with tray into your mouth and over your teeth. Place the tray firmly against your front teeth. STEP 3 Press the power button to turn on the light and begin whitening your teeth for 10 minutes. STEP 4 Remove the mouth tray and rinse your mouth with warm water.
